Roasted Potatoes with Herbs

What is better than potatoes and herbs??

This snack/side dish is perfect for a flavorful addition!

  • 2-3 large Potatoes

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 2 teaspoons Salt

  • Fresh Oregano

  • Fresh Basil

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Fresh Thyme

  • Fresh Rosemary

How to Assemble:
  1. Chop potatoes into squares

  2. Dry potatoes for ten minutes on a paper towel

  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, fresh herbs, and salt

  4. Mix everything well

  5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
